Parent-Child Mother Goose Program

The parent-child Mother Goose program fosters positive attachment through the use of rhymes, chants, songs and stories to enhance positive parenting skills and to build peer and community supports.

As a national program, Parent-Child Mother Goose has been helping families and professionals across the country enhance the parent-child relationship for more than 20 years. We are excited to offer this program in New Westminster as a collaboration between Child Care Resources and Referrals and New Westminster Family Place have to families of children 0-3 years old.

This 8-week program will give you the opportunity to:

  • Build interactive communication between you and your young child
  • Develop skills and confidence for yourself and your child
  • Get to know other families in your community
