The Tree of Life is an Art Therapy course that uses different parts of a tree as metaphors to represent various aspects of our lives. It is designed to encourage participating families to work together to explore the precious things in their lives, and leave feeling empowered, connected and hopeful.

This workshop is drop-in with no pre-registration and is first-come, first-served. For families with children preschool+
