Theresa Tang

Program Manager

Theresa has over 17 years of non-profit leadership experience overseeing community-based programs, provincial health promotion programs, and inclusive programs. She is committed to helping diverse populations achieve their goals along with gaining valuable insights in project management, human resources and funding opportunities.

Theresa is also passionate about community impact and advocates for those in need, which makes her excited to apply her knowledge and experience at NWFP. One of her past roles includes management roles at Mount Pleasant Family Place Society where she was responsible for the Family Drop-In and the Early Years Refugee Program. She currently acts as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Mom to Mom Child Poverty Initiative Society.

Theresa lives in Vancouver with her husband and has two teenage kids. She loves the outdoors, wellness activities, and spending time with friends and family.
