Nobody’s Perfect Parenting Program (Self Care Edition)
July 7 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until July 21, 2021
We are excited to offer an evening series of Nobody’s Perfect on Zoom! We have been hearing from parents that parenting through a pandemic has been very challenging in many ways-often isolating and lonely.
We would like to offer parents an opportunity to connect with each other to share the ups and downs of parenting, connect as adults, build more social connections with other parents and fill our own cups. This is an opportunity to take some time for yourself and re-energize.
We will explore a variety of self care practices for you to consider as you build your self care toolbox. This can include mindfulness, meditation, yoga or stretching, journaling, muscle relaxation, strengthening your support network, creating self care items like bath bombs, art exploration, positive self talk/creating positive affirmation, fun games, and more.
Please come with your ideas as this is your group and we want it to be a meaningful experience for you.
You matter! We want to share some ideas and tools together so you can take good care of you!
