Eryne Donahue

Communications Coordinator

Eryne spent years attending Family Place drop ins as a parent, and has a passion for creating community connections.

She holds a Masters degree in Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Concentration in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Her background as an educator is very broad and has led to work as diverse as university-level lecturer, children’s art teacher, ESL conversation and listening instructor.

She enjoys coordinating and facilitating community art-related events, has regularly participated in civic engagement on a variety of committees and boards, as a guest author to a few blogs and independent magazines, and as a presenter at Pecha Kucha New West.  Eryne currently holds a position on the Board of Directors of BC Naturekids and has two daughters who both attend Qayqayt school.
