Aida was born and raised in Eritrea, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from Asmara University. After immigrating to Canada, she attended the Fraser Adult School of Education in Vancouver and earned her certificate in Early Childhood Education from Sprott Shaw College in New Westminster.  As an Early Childhood Educator, Aida brings her fluency in three languages (Tigrinya, Amharic Arabic, and English) to connect with families of diverse backgrounds. She enjoys reading, walking in nature, dancing, and spending time with her son, who is her inspiration.
